Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and compatibility reasons, such as opened earphone tips, used keycaps, or software-activated PC components. Please check individual product pages for specific restrictions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., switch lubricants).
- Products with broken security seals (unless defective).
- Digital downloads or software licenses.
- Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom keyboard cables).
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
Inspection & Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to verify its condition.
- We will notify you via email about the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Refunds typically do not include original shipping charges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
