Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Clicktus. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, including all accessories and documentation.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as opened earphone tips or used keycaps. Please check individual product pages for specific restrictions.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/video evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
