Once your order is processed and shipped, you can easily track its journey to your doorstep. We partner with reliable global and local carriers to ensure your purchase arrives safely and promptly.
How to Track Your Order
You do not need an account to track your order. Simply follow these steps:
- Locate your order confirmation email sent from [email protected] after your purchase.
- Within that email, you will find your unique Order Number and the Tracking Number.
- Click on the tracking link provided in the email, or copy the tracking number to use on a tracking website (see below).
Please note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.
Using a Universal Tracking Service
For the most comprehensive tracking across multiple carriers, we recommend using a universal package tracking website. These services aggregate data from hundreds of postal and logistics companies worldwide.
We suggest using 17Track. It is a reliable and user-friendly platform.
How to use 17Track:
- Visit the 17Track website.
- Paste your Tracking Number into the search bar on the main page.
- Click "Track" or press Enter. The site will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status and location of your package.
- You can track multiple packages simultaneously by entering several tracking numbers, separated by commas or line breaks.
